My grandfather watched a troop transport sink in the Mediterranean with most troops lost, it scarred him for life I would never accuse the History channel of attempting a nuanced approach to, you know: “history”, but I’d like to see some mention of the number of young Japanese soldiers that drown amid debris and soaked in bunker A fuel oil from those four shot-up transports That, too, is part of the story
