Honestly I was 38kg once and it was the hardest time of my life I would not recommend it, although for me it was not by choice but due to my metabolic rate, I realised and was like "I actually need to put on weight" and went gym (not to do cardio, but to build mass), tried to eat more than usual (having nuts and protein powder after work out), and fast forward 4 years I am finally getting somewhere as I am now 48kg and I am excited to carry on putting on healthy weight I want to definitely be over 55kg if I can This is heart-breaking to watch but I hope they realise that 38kg is not ideal and i hope that one day they embrace whatever their weight is and not feel the need to look up to models or whomever You are all lovely and beautiful Comment from : Beans M
